Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

Enquiry form: your name, work email, company name, company website, country, industry, team size, the jobs you selected, your message, your preferred way to be contacted and, if you choose Phone or WhatsApp, your phone number. We also record the page you came from, campaign parameters (UTM and click IDs), the time of submission, your browser language and the version of the consent text you accepted.

Booking a call: the details you enter in the scheduler (name, email, company, website, what you would like to take off your team's plate, and optionally a phone or WhatsApp number).

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To reply to your enquiry and organise the call you asked for (steps taken at your request before a possible contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To send occasional updates, only if you ticked the separate opt-in box (consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time.

To measure how the site is used, only if you accept analytics cookies (consent).

Who processes it for us
